Additional Fees
Cancellation Fee
There will be a $10.00 cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled within 24
hours of scheduled service. Full price will be charged if a Reining Cats and Dogs Pet
Sitting team member arrives at your house, but is turned away.
All cancellations/changes to scheduled services must be made by
telephone.
Last Minute Appointments
There will be a $10.00 one time surcharge for any services provided last minute.
(within 24 hrs)
Holidays
There will be a $7.00 per visit surcharge for any services provided on holidays.
--- Holidays include Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New
Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, and Independence Day.
Returned Checks
All returned checks will have a $30.00 returned check fee.
